Pension Administration Services are part of our core business and we have always taken the view that it is a key service which should be undertaken by high quality experienced administrators.  Our pension administration team have the experience and knowledge to fully understand pensions issues, follow them up between meetings and provide comfort to the trustee board that the plan is following best governance practise.

We understand that trustee meetings must be efficient. That’s why we provide agendas with a clear direction, and build in time for you to discuss and make decisions.We also ensure papers are circulated well in advance so that attendees have sufficient time to read them ahead of the meeting. Accurate minutes (that are delivered in a format agreed with the board) are provided and held for safe keeping. We have developed a process for managing trustee meetings that includes:

  • Agreeing the agenda with the chairperson;
  • Issuing meeting papers in advance of the trustee meeting;
  • Providing draft minutes to the chairperson following the meeting;
  • Issuing of an action points schedule on a regular basis.
